The restaurant is also a Champagneria, and belongs to the Club des Princes de Venoge and organizes wine and food events, where you can discover excellent pairings of wines and bubbles with innovative proposals created by the chefs.

Portivene, a journey through flavors in one of the most enchanting locations in the world

Ristorante Portivene was born in 2012 from an idea of Andrea and Sabina, the two owners, who wanted to combine a very picturesque location with high quality international and typical cuisine.

Our restaurant is located in the quaint village of Portovenere, in the province of La Spezia, a short walk from the church of San Pietro, perched on the cliff.

Strolling through the central "caruggio" you will find this quaint eatery with an intimate and timeless flavor, and inside you can enjoy international and typical cuisine based on local products, reinterpreted in a modern key.

The menu, which varies daily, ranges from Spezzini mussels to more elaborate dishes of Italian cuisine.

An ideal location for aperitifs and events

Thanks to its strategic location in the heart of the Golfo dei Poeti, the Portivene restaurant is the ideal place both for lunch or dinner, but also for cocktails, aperitifs with friends or wine and food events organized by us.

The venue, with attention to every detail, is very elegant and inside it has a wide selection of carefully selected wines, various bubbles and champagnes that you can sip at sunset or during one of our events.

If one could put 6 stars!

Very nice venue, polite and professional staff who made us feel like we were lifelong customers and instead it was our first time. We relied completely on their advice, even on the wine. We did well: 2 mouth-watering appetizers, to the first courses we even made the scarpetta and the frittura of the highest level. And finally what to say about the desserts, also made by them, Exaggerated!

I recommend it to everyone. You will not regret it: we will definitely go back.
